More Homes With The Newton Boulevard Extension

We are pleased to announce the delivery of 249 homes along a newly extended Newton Boulevard at Playford Alive, providing fresh housing stock to the northern suburbs, along with the construction of a key connector road across the Munno Para.

65 per cent of the homes within the new 16.6-hectare stage will be affordable, including 25 affordable rentals, enabling more young families, single parents and key workers to break into the market. Land will be sold at or below the current affordable price point of $187,650*.

Early works will begin within the next six months, with construction of the first homes set to start in August 2024. New residents can expect to move in from late 2025.

The extension of Newton Boulevard to meet Stebonheath Road is targeted to open around October next year, creating a seamless corridor through to Mark Oliphant College and assisting to alleviate traffic congestion on nearby Curtis Road.

Approximately 150 jobs will be supported each year as works progress.
