First Home Buyer Program
First Home Buyer Program
Playford Alive is offering priority access to land for eligible first home buyers as part of a government‑backed initiative designed to help more South Australians into home ownership.
A dedicated precinct within Playford Alive will deliver hundreds of blocks for first home buyers. In each land release, a significant proportion of blocks are set aside exclusively for eligible purchasers for 90 days, before being released to the broader market.
These blocks include a range of sizes suitable for singles, couples and families, giving first home buyers a greater opportunity to secure land in a high-demand, well-established community.
During this exclusive period, eligible first home buyers can secure land without competition from investors and other buyer groups, providing a clearer pathway into home ownership.
First Home Buyer-exclusive blocks are marked on the Now Selling page.
