Registrations for the 2018 Community Fun Day closed Friday 14 September.
I have submitted my application. What happens next?
The event organisers will review all applications and confirm the status of your application by email by no later than Friday, 28 September 2018.
If required, we may contact you to discuss your application in more detail including any further information we require.
Who can be a stallholder?
Artists, community members, organisations and businesses are all invited to register their interest in participating at the Playford Alive Community Fun Day.
When and where is the Playford Alive Community Fun Day?
The Community Fun Day will be held at Playford Alive Town Park, corner Peachey Road and The Parkway, Munno Para on Saturday, 3 November 2018 between 10.00am to 3.00pm.
Please note all stallholders must be set-up by no later than 9.30am.
How do I register?
Applications for the 2018 Community Fun Day closed 14 September 2018.
All applications are assessed based on the services/activities provided. Where there are similar services/activities registered, preference will be given to those who live or work in the Playford Alive Project area and not necessarily on the date their application was submitted.
Please note the submission of application is in the first instance, to register your interest. It does not imply that your application has been confirmed.
What does it all cost?
If your application is successful, there will be a cost of $15 to be a stallholder at the Playford Alive Community Fun Day.
There are additional costs associated with items outside of the stallholder package and this will be passed on at cost.
What’s included in the Stallholder Package?
Space within a marquee at the event to promote your business/organisation/group, with one trestle table and an allocation of approximately 3 metres x 3 metres (depending on space available).
Do I need to have insurance?
Yes, stallholders are required to hold the appropriate insurance/public liability insurance documents/food permits.
Copies of your insurance documents must be submitted upon registration.
