  • Abs, Butt, Thighs with Cat – Sunday 17 March
  • MetaPWR with Mandy – Sunday 24 March
  • Shred with Sean – Sunday 31 March
  • Yoga with Alanna – Sunday 7 April

Suitable for men and women, all ages and abilities.  Registration not essential.  Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and suitable footwear.

Bring a towel or workout mat if you have one (not essential).  Bring a water bottle and stay hydrated.  Classes are subject to change dependant on the number of participants and weather permitting.
