Who’s your local hero?

The Playford Alive Local Hero Awards are back for 2017, and now is your chance to nominate a standout member of the community – from individuals to businesses, training providers and community organisations.

There are five categories of hero you can nominate:

Positive Playford Award. Sponsored by T&J Constructions.

Celebrates the achievements of local residents (26+ years) who not only set an inspiring example for others, but also proudly promote and enhance their community, whether it’s out and about, in the media or in their own quiet but valuable way.

Positive Playford Award – Youth. Sponsored by Boral.

Recognises the efforts of a younger local resident between 12 and 25-years-old whose pride, hard work and generosity has had a positive impact on one or more aspects of the Playford Alive community.

Business Award. Sponsored by ISAustralia.

Best Training Program. Sponsored by Rivergum Homes.

Playford Alive Works Program Training-to-Employment – Best Individual Outcome. Sponsored by Alexander Symonds.
